Meredith Riley- also known as Charm City Cowgirl- is a country-bluegrass singer- songwriter who has been electrifying the East Coast for the past 25 years.

A daughter of Baltimore, Meredith has always been a true performer, making music a priority in her life for decades. Being up on stage, under the hot lights, all eyes on her- this is where Meredith excels. Her comfortability and dynamic persona onstage have made her a standout in the DMV music scene, and a favorite of local venues.

Charm City Cowgirl, the concept, was born in 2021. Beginning as a stage name, Charm City Cowgirl is a nod to the place Meredith was born and raised, and represents the dreams she had as a child being seen through to fruition in her favorite city in the world.

Meredith released her first single, "Mama Taught Me," in February of 2022, and released her second single, "Space Cowgirl," on October 20, 2023.
